Foreign Language Teacher Training in Virtual Environments: Beliefs and Practices

Abstract

This article analyzed the relationship between the beliefs of teacher trainers and their
educational practices in virtual learning environments. Methodologically, it is a case study. Two
university teachers in Mozambique were interviewed, and their Moodle profiles were analyzed. The
results revealed that not all teachers’ practices in training align with their beliefs.
