AGENTES CONVERSACIONALES EDUCATIVOS Y ADMINISTRATIVOS BASADOS EN INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN ENTORNOS VIRTUALES DE APRENDIZAJE (EVAS/LMS)

UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA

Resumen

Esta Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura aplicó las directrices PRISMA 2020 a 42 estudios sobre agentes conversacionales educativos y administrativos basados en IA integrados a EVAs/LMS, seleccionados entre 234 registros recuperados en siete bases (2022–2026). Los estudios muestran un cambio claro de chatbots basados en reglas a sistemas con LLMs y RAG. La mayoría son pilotos con muestras pequeñas, dirigidos sobre todo a tutoría, retroalimentación, apoyo administrativo y compromiso. Hay resultados favorables en cuanto a efectividad, pero la heterogeneidad metodológica y la falta de estudios longitudinales limitan la generalización.
